Doug earned his MBA in Finance from UMass Lowell in 1985 and worked 11 years in the High Tech industry serving as Operations Controller for a Computer Aided Design company before moving to Cape Cod and becoming a real estate broker in 1986. He is the former owner/broker of North Falmouth Realty/Century 21 and came to Kinlin Grover in 2009. He has served as President to both the Cape Cod Association of Realtors and the Massachusetts Association of Realtors and serves on the National Association of Realtors (NAR) Board of Directors. Doug has also served as Treasurer for the Cape and State Realtor Associations and is 2011 Vice Chair of NAR’s Finance Committee.

His broad commercial experience includes leasing and the sales of retail, office, multi-family, and auto garage properties. Doug’s residential experience focuses on waterfront communities. Doug’s Realtor network combined with his business and financial background help the marketing, negotiating, and structuring of transactions for buyer and seller clients.

Dick, a graduate of Manhattan College has been coming to Cape Cod since 1945, when his parents bought a home on Skaket Beach. He spent every summer on the Cape until he entered the Marine Corps in 1963 and served in Vietnam until 1966.

Dick worked for Chase Manhattan Bank and Citibank in New York City until he founded his own management consulting company in 1985. In 1998 Dick and his wife Claire moved back to Orleans, on Arey's Pond, where he continued his management consulting business, earned his Captain's license and started his charter fishing business, RECON Fishing Charters. Dick is active in the Orleans Yacht Club where he serves on the executive committee

A graduate of the University of Connecticut, Nat Santoro taught High School Math, Italian and Spanish for seven years. In 1971 he received his Real Estate license and founded CarSan Real Estate. He grew the company to three offices and 49 agents.
